Hudson used to be the best eater. He would open his mouth for every bite, no matter what it was. He would only stop eating when you would stop spooning it in. Now, as he grows, so does his personality and opinions. If he does not want to eat he will toss himself around in his highchair, often hitting his head on his tray. And as of lately he does not like chunks of food. I don't even think it's the taste as much as the texture. He will take the bite that you feed him and push out what he doesn't want. If he had his way he'd live on tapioca pudding and Cheerios.

That is so funny. Mothers used to try and hide raisins in oatmeal to try and get their kids to eat. You've just upgraded it to cottage cheese and apples.
By the way, the kids used to spit out the raisins!
