All about Bryce

Bryce, who has several nicknames such as "Beaskers", "B", "B-Man", "Bwyce", and "Brycie", is a very pleasant baby. While he seems as if he always goes with the flow he can have a meltdown in a second, usually when hungry. It's actually very funny...he goes from a simple whine to a very pathetic end-of-the-world cry. Hand him a bottle and all is well. Bryce is an excellent eater. He likes to try any food given to him; however, he is still not drinking from a sippy cup! He hasn't got the hang of them yet and he usually just chews on them. He takes one to two naps a day. He will always lay down while still awake without a problem. For the most part Bryce sleeps through the night. Occasionally he will need a 4 ounce bottle, which he pounds in the matter of minutes, and goes right back to sleep. He always sleeps with his hands behind his head as if he is gazing at the stars! Bryce sleeps with a binky, and we take one with us "just in case" when we leave the house, but he is usually fine without one during the day. Bedtime is between 7:30 and 8:00. Bryce is an army crawler. He is very fast using his forearms and his foot to push off with. If you leave the room he will come find you! Bryce is grabby. He will take anything right out of your hands (and usually put it in his mouth). So far Bryce only has his two bottom teeth. Any baby talk will make him laugh. Bryce makes some very deep goaty grunt noises. He always throws himself back in his highchair, even when being fed, repeatedly! Sometimes this will result in him moving from one side of the room to the other since the chair has wheels. Bryce's hair is only growing on the top of his head. It is several inches long and can be spiked really well! Bryce loves playing with the refrigerator magnet that sings. Bryce also LOVES to touch his pee pee. As soon as you take his diaper off, his hands cannot get there fast enough! (*Sorry, B, for disclosing that tidbit).
Our Bryce is quite the showstopper. I'm really proud that his happiness spreads to everyone who talks to him! Thankfully he is as laid back as he is. He definitely makes our job easier. He is the perfect lil' bro. He makes our family complete! Love you, B-Man!
