Say "Cheeeese"

And this is what you get!

Hudson is 18 months old today, so you're going to hear all about him...
Hudson is no longer a baby. He is so full of energy and seems so fearless. He loves to climb onto everything. He says "touchdown" everytime he sees a football, a football player, a football field etc. I think he thinks that the entire game of football is called Touchdown! Bryce is still named "Baby" to him and he says "Baby" everytime he hears him. He sleeps pretty good at night and takes a two hour nap every afternoon, usually from 12-2. He would live on goldfish crackers if he could. He's turning into a very fussy eater and seems like he's always eating "snack" foods like yogurt, NutriGrain bars, fruit etc. instead of meals, although he does love to eat with a fork and spoon. He knows lots of animal sounds and makes the appropriate one everytime he sees one in a book or on TV. He's starting to learn colors. I think he knows red, yellow, blue and green. This came about during potty time. We take each bath toy out of a basket and say what color it is and put it back. This keeps him sitting for long periods of time. Speaking of potty...he's gone on it several times, although I think it was by chance. Right place, right time. He knows what you are supposed to do on the potty, but doesn't know that he needs to tell me! He's starting to get very clingy...wants picked up all of the time. He loves bubbles in his bath and loves when you pour water over his head. He has started drinking out of the straw sippy cup. He loves "Sambie" and emptying out the laundry basket. He still needs at least two binkies at bed time (we'll work on that after he's potty trained-don't want too many changes at once for the little guy). He will say "peeeeeese (please)" when he wants something, you just might have to remind him. He's pretty good at turning the pages of a book without destroying them. The current book of choice is Green Eggs and Ham. He's a skinny minny. We have to fold the top of his pants over so that they don't fall down. He falls and bumps his head every single day- Like Father Like Son! He likes Elmo and any utensil that belongs in the kitchen. He is starting to enjoy cartoons. He will run to refrigerator anytime he wants a drink. Hudson surprises us every day by imitating something that he has picked up and provides constant entertainment. It is amazing to watch him grow!
