Hair of a Genius

Grace spent a couple of hours with us this evening and, as Noni would say, Hudson is in love! He adores Grace and wants to hug, hug, hug her all of the time. She is very sweet with him and puts up with him for the most part. During her visit, I took all three kids for a walk (per Grace's request). Before we even got two blocks away she decided she didn't want to walk anymore! Uh oh, what are we to do- we still need to at least walk back home. Her brilliant idea was to ride in the stroller with the boys, so....she sat in Hudson's seat with him between her legs and he was almost falling off! We made it work and once I got to our dead end street I let Hudson walk to our house. He loves when he gets to be a big boy. Grace also requested her favorite snack. We usually have My Little Pony fruit snacks waiting for her, but unfortunately we only had Spiderman ones this time. She opened a bag of Spiderman snacks but they're not as good as My Little Pony, so she and Hudson snacked on a Flintstone vitamin instead! While Hudson is chasing after Grace, and she is trying to get away from him, Bryce is busy entertaining himself by pulling up on everything or playing with their unwanted toys. It doesn't take much to keep my little guy happy! We absolutely love spending time with Miss Grace and I hope that their little bonds continue to grow as they start to have more in common!!
